I signed a short term lease with the Rose Apartments, something I was not able to get anywhere else. Overall, I had a positive experience over the 7 months I lived here. The first night I was there my kitchen sink backed up. The problem was fixed the next morning. My unit was remodeled very nicely. The community on my end of the facility was very quiet and easy going. I felt very secure living there.

The community is very well kept and neighbors are very respectful. The resident manager and the maintenance team are prompt and helpful. The rates are reasonable given the area. Although the building is older, the apartments are mostly upgraded. We love our floor plan, stairs in the apartment and a nice big patio. The rooms bedrooms are big too!!

The apartment is spacious, and most of them have been renovated recently, so it's almost brand new inside. I like the laundry room here as it's well-lit and always clean.

Overall, I think the apartment is great if you are working or studying here in West LA but not willing to spend an outrageous amount of money on living. It's close to I-10, Westwood, and Santa Monica, best if you have a car.

This is a generally well maintained, attractive community. The staff makes sure the grounds and common areas are clean and attractive, planting new flowers periodically. Most maintenance requests have been fulfilled promptly. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful.

I love my new spacious apartment in Palms, which happens to be in a good school district. The apartments are neat and rents are at higher end due to school district and great value. Generally, people stay for several years and through elementary school completion. The maintenance is great and the property is well maintained.

This is nice apartment to live in and nice very kind, friendly property Manager. She is always taking care of tenants and focusing on keeping the apartment clean and neat. I would recommend this apartment to other friends as this is a clean , neat and great location near the great school district .

We are living in Rose Luxury Apt. for almost 2 years, and we are very satisfied with all services including office, management, maintenance, repairs and technical services. It is also close to shopping markets such as Trader Joe's and Ralphs.
